This week, Join Drew Taddia host of Exploring Mind and Body Tuesday’s at 3:00pm on Radio Laurier, interviewed Samantha Skelly.
 
On this edition of Exploring Mind and Body Samantha Skelly talked about releasing emotions for weight loss which includes why the diet industry is corrupted and getting worse, why the world is fat and frustrated, why diets make you fatter, how disconnection is keeping us depressed, and what you need to give up in order to create sustainable transformation.
