Program Director
The Program Director oversees the Radio Laurier programming schedule and works with programmers to ensure on-air quality. The Program Director also plans and facilitates all Programming Review meetings. The Director provides feedback and guidance to all staple show managers (Morning Show/After Class and Sports) as well as providing on-air training and support to DJs.

Music Director
The Music Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day musical operations at Radio Laurier. This means maintaining the Radio Laurier music library, helping with live events and generally representing musical interests on the management team.

Production Manager
The Production Manager oversees the Radio Laurier production schedule and works with the Program Director and programmers to ensure on-air quality. The Production Manager also coordinates with a team of Production Assistants to produce and edit all Radio Laurier content. The Manager additionally supports the upkeep and usage of the Radio Laurier studio space and live audio equipment.

Brantford Manager
The Brantford Manager takes point when it comes to coordinating volunteers, programming and events on the Brantford campus. This is a jack of all trades position requiring flexibility and Communication skills. Applicants with the capacity to work independently will be valued.

Sports Director
The Sports Director is responsible for effectively managing all sport-related volunteers and content on Radio Laurier. In particular, they’re tasked with coordinating and overseeing a regular flagship sports show and ensuring reliability in regular live broadcasts.

Communications Director
The Communications Director is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the news-based broadcasting as well as the weekly news broadcasts, along with effectively managing all news volunteers and content. They are also responsible for organizing, participating in and facilitating on-air interviews with candidates during the Wilfrid Laurier University Students’ Union (WLUSU) and Wilfrid Laurier University Student Publications (WLUSP) elections.

Events Coordinator
The Events and Promotions Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, promotion and execution of all Radio Laurier events. They are also responsible for managing the Street Team and overseeing all promotions on campus, including boothing on campus, and in the community at the Waterloo Campus. The Events and Promotion Manager will help organize promotional campaigns with other staff members of the station to ensure an effective and cohesive marketing strategy.

Public Relations Director
The Public Relations Director is responsible for the curation of Radio Laurier’s social media content. This includes Instagram and Tiktok, as well as anything else that may be relevant. This manager will create content based upon a style developed in partnership with the Station Manager.

Morning Show/After Class Manager
The Morning Show/After Class Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing a daily morning show and after class show on Radio Laurier, managing all Morning Show and After Class Hosts and programmers and ensuring consistent show quality.
