      Music means different things for different people. Music means different things for different people. For many of us, music is a way to escape; we get lost in the melody and vibe with the beat. Sometimes the words speak to us. If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or alone, plug in your headphones and get lost in the music. Along with music, there are many different coping methods of self care and dealing with anxiety. Mental health is just as important as physical health; just because we cannot see it does not mean it isn’t there. Check in with those you know, the strong ones or the ones that appear happy also get anxious. Speak kindly to each other and to yourself. It’s okay to share, cry and be vulnerable. Stay Golden 💛💜
