Winners included: Nicole Kidman for best actress in Big Little Lies and Laura Dern for best supporting actress, Alexander Skarsgard for best supporting actor, and best mini-series, Aziz Ansari for best actor in a comedy show for Master of None, Elizabeth Moss for best actress in a drama series for The Handmaids Tale, Handmaids tale for best Drama series, best actor in a Drama series was Sterling Brown from this is us, best comedy television series was Black-ish, best drama motion picture was three billboards outside of ebbing, Missouri!
And of course we can’t forget about main highlight of the evening, Oprah’s speech! Oprah Winfrey accepted the Cecil B. DeMille Award for lifetime achievement and delivered a moving speech that brought men and women in the audience to their feet.
