Laurier event to check out today at the Brantford campus Student Exchange Program Information Session Laurier International  12:30 – 1:30 Location: GRH 105 and it is Free. Interested in studying abroad through the Student Exchange Program? Attend one of our information sessions for more information!

KW event  Adult Shinny from 11:30am-12:45pm Drop in Adult shinny at two locations Albert McCormick Community Centre and RIM Park Monday to Friday. Cost: $7.25 per visit or $57.40 for 10 visit pass. Grab some friends and come play pick up hockey!

 

Entertainment news for today is The Simpsons are set to continue their shenanigans with a 26th season on Fox.The show was renewed for another season, Reuters reports, solidifying its status as the longest-running animated television series. Gravity. The Warner Bros. space opera stunned with an opening estimated at $55.6 million, well above predictions of $35 to $42 million. That $55.5 million sets all kinds of records. It’s the biggest October opening ever. The movie, which demands to be seen in 3D and on the biggest possible screen.
