Every Friday we celebrate the beginning of the weekend by playing your favourite hit songs. This Friday was especially special to celebrate because the Toronto Maple Leafs won against the Boston Bruins in overtime! Wrapping up the final score of 3-2, this was the 3rd game the Leafs won in a row; hopefully, they can keep up their winning streak tonight when they reface Boston and all the way into the playoffs.
Life Hack of the Week: Studying VS. Partying
It’s midterm season which means that you have a lot of tests, assignments and other important documents due. All which are extremely stressful, you begin to become a hermit; only leaving your residence, apartment or house to go to class, hand something in or get food. You feel the most stress you have ever felt in your life and feel you do not have time to have fun. However, everyone deserves a break, this is how to have fun during midterm season:
- Don’t do anything that will require a full day of recovery: excessive drinking, injuring yourself, staying out too late
- Have fun but ditch the alcohol: ice skating, Christmas markets, dinner dates, girls night in
- Stay Hydrated: water will minimize the next day effects
