The Holloways on February 8th

This week during my segment ‘This is that’ I discussed the idea of alternative facts. Next week on ‘This is that’ I will be discussing the confirmation of Jeff Sessions and the silencing of Elizabeth Warren in the Senate. For this week’s spotlight it was another British band for your ears. ‘The Holloways’ were our special, I advise everyone to check out their songs, ‘Jukebox Sunshine’ and my personal favorite, ‘Alcohol’. ‘The Holloways’ have an incredibly upbeat style and they kill indie rock in the unique way that only bands from Britain can. Regrettably, one of the founding members died of a heroin overdose in 2014. Too many musicians die too young. Hopefully I have your ears next week at 8pm!
