Welcome back to another episode of The Basement. As this upcoming week is Thrive Week for Laurier and Bell Let’s Talk is January 30th, we decided to centre our show around mental health as well as the stigma surrounding mental health in minority communities. We also discussed tools for success for uni students when the pressure builds and gets to be too much. We ended with a discussion on whether mental health is a reasonable excuse for acting in toxic ways. Be sure to tune in to this important discourse. #BellLetsTalk
