How to for the day is the How To… budget money for a student.

  1. Make a list of your expenses.  Housing, tuition, food, books.
  2. Track the money spent on entertainment. Lots of students spend money on entertainment and can quickly add up. Minimize entertainment spending
  3. pace spending when receiving large amounts of money. Esp with osap loans.
  4. Set goals for debt repayment that will resolve your debts faster than the current terms. If you have more than one credit card, pay extra on the one with the highest interest rate until it is paid in full.
